Hamsa Innovations Private Limited is committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us while ordering from our website.

Hamsa Innovations Private Limited offers shipping all over India, through our courier partner ‘Delhivery Logistics' with 18,600 serviceable pin codes and more than 2 shipping partners.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CHARGES

Please note shipping charges to be levied on both Prepaid & COD orders in the following manner:

  • Shipping is free for all orders PAN India above Rs.599/-. Orders having value lower than 599/- will be charged Rs. 35/- for local, Rs 45/- for regional and Rs. 75/- for National.
  • Save Rs. 40/- on all prepaid orders! Choose prepaid at checkout and enjoy an instant discount of Rs. 40/- on your total.
  • Shipping charges will be levied on the final product value, post all promotion and coupon discounts.
  • Shipping charges are all inclusive of GST.
  • For international shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at that point only. 

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY PROCESS

Once we receive an order, every product is thoroughly inspected & checked. After they pass the final round of quality check, they are packed & handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners are reputed & trustworthy, who ensure the delivery of your package at their earliest possibility. We have a 98% successful delivery score & to maintain that our delivery partners always contact the recipient before reaching their provided address.

The usual order processing time at Hamsa Innovations Private Limited is 72 hours followed by additional 4 to 5 business days for delivery. However, this may vary around sales, festive seasons or national holidays.

SECTION 3 - ORDER STATUS

You can check the status of your order under 'My orders' tab of your account on our website or contact our support team at customercare@hamsainnovations.com

SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

SECTION 5 - PACKAGE ARRIVAL

If the package arrived looks tampered or damaged, you may refuse to take the delivery of the package and immediately must report this to our support team at customercare@hamsainnovations.com. Please share the photos/ opening video of the damaged pack delivered to you.  An appropriate action will be taken after reviewing the case with you.
