Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right! Please follow the instructions below so we can process your return request as quickly as possible.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

HAMSA INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED offers its customers an 'Easy Return Policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. Products must be returned in its original unused condition and received WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE only. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.

HAMSA INNOVATIONS reserves the right to initiate a refund/replacement if the products are in appropriate  conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • Returned without its original packaging
  • Product has been used, altered, or a different product has been returned
  • Request initiated after 5 days of delivery date
  • Discounted or coupon availed products
  • In case of Promotional Gifts or Freebies


Please make sure that the tag attached to the product is safely in place. Pack the product in its original packaging or appropriate carton.

SECTION 2 - NON RETURNABLES

Please note products availed under special discounts or coupons are NOT eligible for returns or exchange.

During certain campaigns or sales, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. 

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM/WRONG PRODUCT

  • If you’ve received a damaged product,
  • If the products are incomplete or missing,
  • If you ordered something else, and received something else;


You can request for a replacement or a refund within 5 days of receiving the order. Contact our support team at customercare@hamsainnovations.com within 5 days of receiving the order. Delayed queries will not be encouraged on the account of the package being opened late.

You will be further requested to share images (JPEG only) and package opening video to us along with your order details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.

Our team will assist you as per the policy in which your order was placed.

A refund or replacement as requested will be initiated once we receive the returned products in aforementioned conditions.

 SECTION 4 - REFUND

HAMSA INNOVATIONS initiates the refund after the returned item has reached our warehouse and the quality check is successful. The refund, once approved, usually takes 8 business days to get processed.

After the refund has been initiated by HAMSA INNOVATIONS as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 8 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 72 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
